Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the day of your purchase, beyond which we can’t offer you a
refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must still be in its
original sealed packaging.
All our bible car decals are specially plotted by specialized machine, then each piece delicately
handcrafted and checked to ensure the highest quality. Therefore, request of refunds can only
pertain to quality issues or production errors of the decals where the decals are still in its
original sealed packaging.
In the unlikely case that you have received your decal with quality issues or production errors,
please kindly email support@biblecardecals.com a photograph of the decal in its original sealed
packaging.
We are unable to refund in the case if customers have placed a wrong order for a decal, or change
of mind over the design of the decal after it has been delivered to them. We stand behind our
products and endeavour ourselves to provide outstanding customer service.
In the unfortunate event where you have received your order with defects/damages that could have
occurred during the shipping or delivery process. Please kindly email a photograph of it in its
original sealed packaging to support@biblecardecals.com so that we can address the issue
accordingly.
Although we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy,
feel free to connect with us at support@biblecardecals.com with any issue you have with your order
within 30 days of your purchase.
Examples of Non-Refundables
- Customer placed wrong order.
- Customer input shipping address that was wrong/with mistakes, resulting in non-delivery of
order.
- Decal/items already removed from original sealed packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your request of refund is approved, then your refund will
be processed, and a credit of the amount you've paid will be automatically applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if
applicable)
If you don’t received a refund after we've confirmed with you that we've already
processed it;
First, allow a few days before checking your bank account again. If the refund is
still not in then please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your
refund is officially posted. Thereafter, you may also need to contact your bank to check on the
status of your refund. After you’ve done all these and you still have not received your refund,
please contact us at support@biblecardecals.com.
